SIMA Expo

SIMA is Spain's leading international event in the living sector, connecting investors, professionals and private buyers with the latest market trends and opportunities. Since its beginning in 1999, SIMA has established its reputation as one of the most prominent real estate trade fairs in Spain and the region. The event brings together more than 21,000 visitors from 35 countries, over 8,500 professionals and investors, 5,000 companies, and 350 exhibitors and partners. SIMA positions Spain and Madrid as the key platform for global investment in the living sector, bringing together developers, landowners, agencies, construction companies, consulting firms, surveying companies, financial institutions and proptech companies. The event features an extensive conference programme with more than 200 national and international speakers, as well as networking activities. SIMA comprises four complementary areas: SIMA EXPO, SIMA PRO, SIMA INVEST, and PROPTECH EXPO, effectively strengthening synergies among diverse players in the residential sector.
