IREX 2026

The second edition of the International Real Estate Development, Engineering and Construction Forum (IREX 2026) is organized by the Technical Network for Business and Events in Syria, under the patronage of the Ministry of Public Works and Housing. The event is expected to serve as a platform for presenting real estate projects and investment opportunities, while facilitating partnerships between developers, engineering firms, construction companies and related financial and legal entities. The exhibition will include business meetings and panel discussions focusing on current trends in real estate development and construction, aiming to strengthen direct engagement between investors and market actors. IREX 2026 is expected to attract local, regional and international participation, including Syrian expatriate investors and foreign visitors. The exhibition will also feature the IREX Awards 2026, recognizing achievements in construction, engineering consultancy, architectural development and real estate investment services.
